A Step by Step Guide to Bespoke Design
1. Discovery Call
During this complimentary short phone conversation you'll have the opportunity to tell us about your project and we will tell you more about the bespoke design process. This is a chance for all of us to determine if the project is the right fit before moving forward with a personalized design appointment. After the Discovery Call we send you a Design Deposit Contract and collect a non-refundable $250 deposit, which will be applied to the final cost of your project.
2. Design Appointment
In this one-hour meeting we get to know each other and go over the steps to bring your project to life. We review your ideas and inspirations, do some initial sketches, and look at relevant samples of materials. We also provide an estimated quote for your project.
3. Ethical Sourcing Concierge
Outstanding materials are at the heart of fine jewelry and we love sourcing something just right for our clients. We’ll help you understand the features, benefits, and ethical impact of materials. We source from a network of trusted vendors to provide top quality gems, mined and manufactured responsibly.
4. Design and Creation
After our Initial Consultation we follow up with full color detailed sketches and communicate with you to refine the design. Once you've selected your materials and the design is just right, we provide an exact quote along with a detailed Scope of Work and collect a 50% deposit. Most projects take 8-10 weeks to complete from this point, with some exceptions for more complicated designs. We recommend that you allow 12-14 weeks in total for design and production of your bespoke jewelry.

5. Delivery
Your piece is presented to you in our eco-conscious luxury packaging, for local pickup or with fully insured complimentary shipping to anywhere in the US.
